Who gives a crap?

Who Gives a Crap? What a name for a brand! In case you haven't heard of them they make eco-toilet paper made from bamboo and recycled material. They seriously give a c*** about their product, and what a fantastic product there is.

Whilst I usually work in food and drink, the procurement principles still hold true in consumer products like theirs. Given their global footprint and significant amount of product they're producing and moving around the world, they needed help optimising their supply chains...so this is what I did.

Producing high quality toilet roll is incredibly difficult, requiring high capex and precision production. Add to this it's relatively low density and voluminous nature, made from bamboo, and we're talking a serious project. Like much of the work I do, I have to work holistically across, cost, quality, supply and ESG. I pulled it altogether to provide Who Gives a Crap an optimised solution.

The result?

Not only did the project go really well but Who Gives a Crap got our family hooked on their fantastic product. You should try it too!
