Serena and I worked together on Supply Security during Covid when she was a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, sourcing nuts for Mars. It was all hands to the deck to ensure a plentiful supply of high-quality peanuts and hazelnuts for products like Snickers, peanut M&Ms and Galaxy Hazelnut. Outside work, she's a serious cyclist, and loves nothing more than scaling the big cols of the Alps.
