There are adventurers and there are adventurers...and then there's Matt McDonald. In error, I turned him down for a job in 2009, not quite sure he had the determination for the role.  How wrong I was. Between 2011 and 2014 he cycled 30,000 miles around the world! On his return, he was the coffee buyer for Cafe Direct and now he's the procurement manager for MOJU drinks. He's the real deal.
