Brazilian by birth, Cadu (as he's known) has an easy going natural charm and is brilliant at leading and motivating a team. After starting with Unilever in South America, he moved to The Netherlands with Danone. Now at Heineken, he heads up the Global Packaging Team, sourcing zillions of bottles and cans, which is how I came to work with him. He's totally passionate about football and has been to every World Cup since 2006!
